1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions apply to all classes, events, and services provided by CW Dance, a children’s dance business based in England.
By booking or attending classes, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings
Bookings are made by contacting us via email, phone call, text message, WhatsApp, social media, or similar methods.
A place in a class is only confirmed once agreed by us and, where applicable, payment has been made.
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw a booking if it is deemed not suitable for the safety or wellbeing of the child or others.

3. Payments
Payment details, fees, and payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking.
Payments may be required in advance, either per session or per term.
Classes, showcases, and performances are non-refundable once paid at the time of booking.
Missed classes are not refundable.

4. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations by Parents / Guardians
If you are unable to attend a class, please inform us as soon as possible.
No refunds are given for missed sessions.
Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, venue issues).
Where possible, notice will be given and alternative arrangements may be offered.

5. Attendance & Behaviour
Children are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards teachers and other participants.
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in a child being asked to sit out or, in serious cases, removed from the class.
For toddler classes, parents or carers remain responsible for their child at all times.

6. Health, Safety & Medical Information
Dance is a physical activity and participation is at your own risk.
Parents and guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or additional needs that may affect participation.
We reserve the right to refuse participation if a child appears unwell or it is unsafe for them to take part.
Appropriate Clothing (Contemporary Dance)
For contemporary classes, dancers should wear appropriate, safe clothing that allows free movement:
Barefoot or appropriate dance socks specifically designed for dance
Leggings or jogging bottoms that do not exceed the ankle
A fitted top, or a top that is not excessively loose, or a leotard
Breathable fabrics where possible
Spandex or stretch fabrics are encouraged
Clothing should be comfortable, secure, and suitable for physical activity. Jewellery should not be worn during classes for safety reasons.
Appropriate Clothing (Street Dance)
For street dance classes, dancers should wear appropriate clothing and footwear for movement and grip:
Trainers with sufficient grip
Fitted tracksuits, fitted joggers, or leggings
Fitted hoodies
Oversized t-shirts or normal t-shirts
Breathable fabrics where possible
Clothing should be comfortable, secure, and suitable for physical activity. Jewellery should not be worn during classes for safety reasons.

7. Safeguarding
We are committed to safeguarding the welfare of all children attending our classes.
Our Safeguarding Policy is available on our website or upon request.
All children must be collected promptly at the end of class by a parent, guardian, or authorised adult.

8. Photos & Videos
Photos and videos may be taken in line with our Safeguarding Policy.
Written parental consent is required for the use of images of children.
Parents may take photos or videos of their own child at events only, and must ensure no other children are visible.

9. Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are brought to classes at your own risk.
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.

10. Liability
While every care is taken to ensure a safe environment, CW Dance cannot accept responsibility for injury or loss unless caused by proven negligence.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be made available upon request or on our website.
